Eagle families, we are excited to announce Arroyo’s first Multicultural Family Night on March 29 from 6-8 p.m. in Mustang Hall! We will celebrate with amazing food, games, arts and crafts, fashion, and performances from around the world. Expect a fun Bollywood performance, a Polynesian dance lesson, fantastic food trucks, and more.

Eagle Council will be holding a fundraiser for those affected by the earthquakes in Turkey and Syria. Cultural dress is encouraged! Please RSVP to attend.

Make sure to register your student no later than this Friday, March 10, to guarantee a T-shirt for this fun event! Your child will be sprayed with (nontoxic) color during the run, so the T-shirt is half the fun! The run is followed by games, music, and treats on the Arroyo/Central campus. Registration is $5 per student. The event takes place on Sunday, April 2nd from 9-11am.

Arroyo School has been honored with the California Distinguished School Award. We will be holding an assembly on Monday, March 6, at 8:35 a.m. to commemorate this achievement with our students, teachers, and parents. We’d love for everyone to come and celebrate!

Please join us at the PTA meeting on Wednesday, March 8, at 8:45 a.m. in the Central/Arroyo school library. School Board member and CMS & Arroyo parent Sarah Kinahan will provide an update from the SCSD board. You can see the full agenda via the link above.
